Start Here!

These are some essential nervous system tools that will help you to feel better quickly. These products support basic regulation, hydration, and grounding.

Electro-lytes

Electrolytes are what keep our body hydrated. Water isn't enough... we need specific minerals in our water. This concentrate is perfect to put into your water to make sure you're staying truly hydrated.

Sea Salt

The kind of salt you use matters (and, yes, your body NEEDS sodium, and more than you think). This salt is real sea salt, without all the extra stuff. It's great to cook with or put a little in your water.

Coconut Water

Coconut water has several minerals that our nervous system thrives on like magnesium and potassium.

Tension Relief Oil

Let's be real... tension and stress go hand in hand. This essential roller is a great way to ease tension and stress so your nervous system can thrive and feel safe again.

Wool Blanket

Warm up with this cozy blanket! Made from merino wool, a natural fiber, so there's no stress when curling up with this one.

Mineral Support

These are essential minerals that the nervous system needs. We can get these from foods or our environment, but sometimes we need to supplement them so that we can bridge the gap and support our bodies in the best way possible.

Shilijit

Shilijit includes fulvic acid and can help provide trace minerals to our body with just a small amount each day.

Iodine

Without iodized salt, we often don't have proper iodine in our diet, so supplementing may be necessary.

Vitamin D3 + K2

This is what makes us feel good every day! That's why we find ourselves happier when the weather is warmer and the sun is shining.

Magnesium

This is an essential mineral that helps our nervous system function. Supplementing can be helpful as you heal the nervous system.

Electrolytes

Our bodies need more than water to stay hydrated. This helps to not even think about it... just add to your water and that's it!

Internal Nourishment

Use these to rebuild the body from the inside out to support your nervous system journey.

Bone Broth

Bone broth is a great way to add nourishment to our bodies! It's filled with protein and minerals. Sip this before your first meal for extra gut support!

Collagen Peptides

Protein is essential for nervous system health. Collagen has the extra benefit of bone and joint health, depending on the type. This one has that plus hair, skin, and nail health.

Glutamine

Glutamine is great for your gut - an important part of the nervous system that most people forget about. Add this to help boost your gut health.

Brazil Nuts

Having one or two brazil nuts per day gives us all the selenium we need for the day. Selenium is critical for thyroid health (which actually is connected to our stress levels).

Rest & Recovery

Quality sleep is essential for your nervous system. Without sleep, your body cannot repair and process. These are the best things to help with getting a good night's rest!

ZMA - Zinc & Magnesium

Zinc and magnesium are two essential nervous system nutrients. Plus, they help prime the body for sleep.

Weighted Blanket

Studies have shown that weighted blankets can decrease anxiety and promote safety which all helps us to sleep better.

Plant Therapy Chill Out Essential Oil

Don't discount the power of aromatherapy! This chill out blend helps you to do just that. Use before bed or when anxiety strikes.

Hooga Red Light Therapy Lamp

Red light is a great way to end the day! It's especially useful in the winter time when the sun isn't out as much. This one helps with muscle and tissue repair as well (near infared light).

Amber Light Bulbs

White lights, LED lights, and fluorescent lights all contribute to headaches, migraines, and sleep disturbances. Switch to amber and/or red light after sunset for better sleeo.

Tension Release Tools

These tools are great to have on hand for when you're feeling a little extra tense or stressed.

Lacrosse Ball

Got a knot in your muscle? Add some gentle pressure with this lacrosse ball to remove the tension and gain your full range of motion back.

Accupressure Mat

It may look scary, but this accupressure mat can help release tightness, tension, and stress from the body with regular use. Start with just a few minutes and work your way up from there.

Theragun

Very popular for good reason! Like a massage at home, but great for pressure points or specific tension relief.

TENS Unit

This is a gamechanger especially with localized pain. This unit helps the muscles to fire correctly again. When our muscles start firing correctly, pain starts to decrease.

Movement & Body Release

Our nervous systems thrive on regular movement. These are things that can get you up and moving with stretching, mobility, and even strength training - all things our nervous systems LOVE!

Cork Yoga Mat

Perfect for yoga, mobility, Pilates, and more!

Foam Roller

Release tension and experience myofascial release.

Resistance Loop Bands

Perfect for basic strength training at home and for traveling!

Loop Booty Bands

Great for basic strength training!

Resistance Bands

Add these into your routine for some extra resistance.

Clean Living Essentials

Water Filter

Our water is an important part of our lives. This is a reverse osmosis water filtration system. It's important to remineralize the water because of that. Trace Minerals is a great way to do this!

Water Filter Replacement

Need to replace the filters? This is where to go! You'll need to replace one every 6 months, one every year, and one every 2 years. These are specific to the AquaTru carafe reverse osmosis water filter (our recommendation for the best water).

Glass Tupperware

Ditch the plastic and grab a glass tupperware set. Plastic contains chemicals that our body needs to process through the liver. Why not remove a few toxins so the liver can work better? Starting with replacing plastic for glass in your kitchen is the best way to do this!

Liver & Lymph Support

Your liver and lymph systems are two that help to detoxify your body. They are often the most neglected systems. Our bodies cannot support us if we don't support them... here are the best ways to support your liver and lymph systems!

Dry Brush

Dry brushing, while best known for helping with cellulite, is amazing for the lymph system. It drains lymph leaving you feeling less bloated and puffy.

Gua Sha

These tools help to drain lymph in the face. Use it for daily maintenance or when you're feeling puffy, especially under your eyes.

Castor Oil Flannels

These are replacements for your castor oil wrap. If using 3 times per week and handwashing regularly, you'll need to replace it every few months or so.

Castor Oil

Castor oil is a great way to support your liver! Use it three times per week, three days in a row, by putting a little on a flannel and using the wrap to hold it up. The oil should go on the right side by the rib cage.

Castor Oil Wrap

This is the best for keeping the castor oil flannel in place when wearing it. Keep it on for 45 minutes or so for the best benefit.

Dandy Blend

A great alternative to coffee for liver support! Mix with water, drink hot or cold.

Liver Herbal Blend

Use this for extra liver support by putting it in a glass of water, juice, or even tea!

Lymph Herbal Blend

Use this for a little extra lymph support. Pair with manual lymph drainage like dry brushing, gua sha, or the Big 6 for the best results.

Gut & Digestive Support

Digestive Juice

Digestive bitters are a great addition to your meals if you've been struggling with gut health issues. Just a few sprays before you eat and notice how your gut digests easier and better than ever!

Marshmallow Root Powder

Marshmallow root is a great addition to your life for gut issues. It's a soothing herb that helps to heal the gut lining and reduces discomfort. Taking it in powder form has been shown to aid in digestive health more than in tea or capsule form.

Licorice Root

Another great gut health herb! This one is best for repairing the gut lining and helps to reduce inflammation in the gut. It helps to protect the gut over time and helps the good bacteria to thrive.

Slippery Elm Bark

This one helps to heal the gut lining as well as regulate digestion. It creates a barrier throughout the whole digestive tract when feeling irritated or raw.
